Where to go after mixing ?

Many bands have asked us to recommend a good mastering studio.

We have always shared a selection of mastering studios we trust (and we still do) but sometimes the band's budget didn't allow to go there.

That was the beginning of mastering here at Black Box. We started with a simple high quality stereo processing chain finalizing the mixes.

In 2016 we extended our studio setup with a dedicated mastering room which allows us to offer a complete in-house solution from recording to mastering here at Black Box.

We also propose our mastering services to recording work done outside of our studio.

Please get in touch to discuss the accepted mix formats. We also will advise on some important mix practices to assure your mix translates well in the mastering.

Our goal is to provide you with high-quality masters for CD and digital distribution and pre-masters for vinyl at an affordable rate.
